The fine print, in plain language
- No expiry
- Points earned from a paid Order do not expire. Bonus points (welcome, birthday, promotional) expire 18 months after they are credited if not used.
- Refunds
- If we refund an Order, the points it generated are deducted from your balance. If the deduction would take you negative, the negative is settled against future earnings.
- Stacking
- Points combine with the WELCOME10 first-order code and with most promotions. They do not combine with marketplace deals already discounted beyond 20%.
- Account-tied
- Points are tied to your Satmart Account, are non-transferable and have no cash value.
- Forfeit on abuse
- We may revoke points and suspend redemption for breach of our Acceptable Use Policy or for fraudulent activity.
- Changes
- We may change earn / redemption rates with 30 days' notice. Existing balances are honoured at the rate in force when they were earned.
