3. Regulatory and registration information

We are not currently a regulated financial-services firm and the Service is not a payment institution, e-money issuer, or cryptoasset exchange in the technical sense of any UK or EU financial-services regulation. We operate as an e-commerce retailer that accepts cryptoasset payment for the goods we sell.

Registrations we hold (or are in the process of obtaining) — VAT number, Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) registration, Legal Entity Identifier (LEI), WEEE producer registration — are listed in the footer of the Service. Online Dispute Resolution (ODR): the European Commission provides an online dispute-resolution platform under Article 14(1) of Regulation (EU) No 524/2013, available at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. Our contact email for the purposes of that platform is set out above.

We are not obliged to, and do not generally, participate in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (Verbraucherschlichtungsstelle) within the meaning of the German Consumer Dispute Resolution Act (Verbraucherstreitbeilegungsgesetz, "VSBG").

7. Liability for content (Haftung für Inhalte)

Pursuant to §7(1) TMG we are responsible for our own content on the Service in accordance with general law. Pursuant to §§8 to 10 TMG we are not under an obligation to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances that suggest unlawful activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information under general law remain unaffected; any liability in this regard arises only from the time at which we become aware of a concrete infringement. On becoming aware of any such infringement, we will remove the content concerned without delay.
