1. Processing time

Orders are processed after (a) Cryptocurrency payment has been confirmed on the relevant blockchain and (b) any identity-verification requirements under the AML & KYC Policy have been met. Most Physical Goods Orders are picked, inspected, sealed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days of payment confirmation. Larger or higher-risk Orders may take longer.

2. Carriers

We ship Physical Goods using tracked, insured services. Our principal carrier is NMART Logistics, our own carrier, which runs most lanes end-to-end; where an established partner — DHL, FedEx, UPS, Royal Mail, DPD or a local equivalent — serves a destination better or faster, we use them instead. The carrier used for your Order is shown on the order page and in the dispatch email.

3. Tracking

Once your Order is in transit a tracking number appears on your /account/orders page, alongside a live timeline you can follow from the Order details: Packed → Handed to carrier → In transit → Arrived in destination country → Customs cleared → Out for delivery → Delivered. The customs step appears only on international Orders; domestic and same-region deliveries skip it. We email you at the dispatch and delivery events, and in-transit events are visible in your Account.

4. Delivery times

The estimated delivery date is specific to your destination country and is shown at checkout and on your Order page, where it is recalculated as the parcel moves. Actual times depend on the destination, on local public-holiday calendars, and — for international Orders — on customs processing. As a guide (payment confirmation to delivery, on Standard shipping):

United Kingdom
3 to 5 business days
European Union / EEA
3 to 9 business days
United States, Canada
6 to 9 business days
Rest of world (where shipping is offered)
8 to 14 business days

5. Shipping cost

We offer two options at checkout. Standard shipping is free on every Order, with no minimum spend. Express shipping is available for a flat fee — shown at checkout — and roughly halves the estimated transit time. The option you choose, its price and its estimated delivery date are shown before you pay and on your Order page afterwards.

6. Customs duties and import taxes

International shipments may be subject to import duties, VAT, GST or other taxes levied by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the Order total. We declare the full Order value on customs paperwork and cannot falsify declarations. Where the carrier collects duties and taxes on the recipient's behalf, the carrier may charge an administrative fee that is separate from the duties themselves.

7. Delivery address and recipient

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. We are not liable for non-delivery or for additional shipping charges resulting from an incorrect address. Where the carrier requires a signature, the recipient must be available to sign for the parcel.

We may refuse or cancel an Order where the delivery address is to a forwarding service, a freight-forwarder, or another address that creates an unacceptable level of fraud, sanctions or carrier-restriction risk.

8. Insurance

All Physical Goods shipments are insured for their full Order value while in transit. If a tracked parcel is lost, stolen or damaged on arrival, contact us within 7 days and we will open a claim with the carrier. We will replace or refund the Order once the claim is resolved, or sooner where the circumstances warrant.

9. Risk and title

Title to a Physical Good passes to you, and risk of loss or damage transfers to you, on delivery to the address you provided at checkout — or, where the carrier records delivery without a signature in a manner permitted by the carrier's standard terms, on that recorded delivery event.

10. Failed delivery

If the carrier cannot deliver after the number of attempts allowed under its standard terms, the parcel is typically held at the local depot for collection. If you do not collect the parcel within the carrier's holding period, it is returned to us. Once we receive the parcel back, we will contact you to arrange a re-dispatch (at your cost) or a refund net of the original outbound shipping.

11. Digital delivery

Digital Goods are delivered electronically once Cryptocurrency payment has been confirmed on the relevant blockchain. Codes and keys are visible from the Order page in your /account/orders area, and a copy is emailed to the address on the Account. Where a code is invalid or defective, see clause 2 of the Refund & Returns Policy.

12. Restricted destinations

We do not ship to addresses in jurisdictions subject to comprehensive sanctions or where shipment of the relevant goods is prohibited under UK export-control law. See the Sanctions & Restricted Countries page for the current list.
