Our warehouse

Limassol, Cyprus. One warehouse, not a scattered 3PL network — every parcel is picked, inspected and weighed by a human before it leaves, and tracked stage-by-stage after.

Specialist Electronics Ltd — Limassol, Cyprus

One building, in Limassol

Satmart is operated by Specialist Electronics Ltd, and every physical order ships from a single fulfilment warehouse in Limassol, Cyprus. Operating from one location rather than a scattered third-party network is deliberate: one team that knows every SKU and the workflow, one place where every parcel is handled the same way.

Cyprus sits inside the EU and on the lanes between Europe, the Gulf and the UK air-freight bridge, so for most destinations a parcel handed to the carrier on the day you order is already moving within hours. Standard shipping is free; Express is faster for a flat fee — both show an estimated date for your country before you pay.

Domestic, regional or international

How far a parcel travels decides how it is handled. A delivery inside Cyprus goes straight out on a local leg — no foreign entry hub, no border. A delivery elsewhere in Europe routes through a regional entry hub but clears no customs. A delivery beyond Europe takes the full path: entry hub plus customs clearance.

That is why an international order shows a customs step in its tracking timeline and a Cyprus or EU one does not. Import duty and VAT on international parcels are set by your country and collected on arrival — they are the recipient's responsibility and are not in the order total. We declare the full order value and never under-declare.

Who carries it

NMART Logistics is our own carrier and runs most lanes end-to-end; its tracking number appears on your order the moment the parcel is in transit. Where an established partner — DHL, FedEx, UPS, Royal Mail or DPD — is faster or cheaper into a particular country, we hand that lane to them instead.

The carrier shown on your order page is the one actually carrying your parcel, with a link to its tracking once it ships. No guessing, no generic "your order is on its way".

Picked, inspected, tracked

Every order is picked from its bin, checked against the order line, sealed and weighed before the carrier label prints. No blind slap-a-label fulfilment — the full process is on the How we pack page.

After hand-off you get a live timeline rather than a black box: packed, handed to carrier, in transit, arrived, customs cleared where it applies, out for delivery, delivered — each step stamped as it happens, with email at dispatch and delivery and the running estimate on the order page throughout.
